The New Meads of Asphodel album is to be titled, “Running out of time doing nothing”. The lyrical theme for this release is a far more personal exploration of the usual Meads vision of human cruelty, plus a far deeper reflection of pain and oblivion. Without any specific concept to focus upon, Metatron has released the pangs of his life into the new songs. J.D Tait has also created what we think are some of the best Meads tracks ever written, harking back to the bands roots, as well as reaching out into the unknown.

The band will be recording during the next few months with a pending release date for an ep/ then album mid-to late 2018.
